Awards are a little like a single scoop ice cream cone. Tastes good (or great if it’s peach), but it melts pretty fast.
We’ve also submitted lots of stuff that we felt was better than the things that won. I’d say it taught us humility, but we only think those judges were incompetent goofballs. It all balances out.
The kinds of clients we want will ask to see the work, not the awards.
